Rocky Game Launcher Privacy Policy

Rocky Game Launcher ("the app") is a game and software launcher that runs locally on your PC. We do not collect names, accounts, device information or any other personal information, and we never sell data.
Data stored on your PC. Your game and app list, categories, icon cache, launch counts, play time and settings (parental-control passwords are stored only as salted hashes). This data stays on your PC and is never sent to us or anyone else. Store edition: %LocalAppData%\GameLauncher; portable edition: the app's folder. Uninstalling or deleting that folder removes it all.
Usage statistics. While at least one online service is on, the app checks in with our server, api.haoyong.app, once a day; with greetings and announcements on, it also requests its configuration (seasonal themes, announcements, update notices) at each start. Requests to api.haoyong.app include an anonymous installation ID, which is a random string generated on first run and not linked to your device, account or hardware, plus the app version and edition (Store or portable). We use these only to count how many PCs use the app each day and which versions they run. The server stores only the date, the anonymous ID, the version and the edition. It does not store IP addresses, and records are deleted after 90 days.
Turning online services off. Turn off "Enable internet services" under Options → Online (or turn off weather, Popular and notifications). The app then stops connecting to any network service: no configuration, weather, rankings, daily check-in or latency test. At the moment you turn them off, the app sends the same anonymous information one last time (installation ID, version, edition) so we can count how many PCs turned online services off. IP addresses are not stored and the record is deleted after 90 days.
Online features (each can be turned off under Options → Online). The app connects only to api.haoyong.app. Our server fetches data from the services below and caches it; the app never contacts them directly:
- Local weather: the city name you entered and its coordinates (about 1 km precision) are forwarded by our server to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com).
- Popular games (most played, top sellers, deals, new releases, coming soon, free games, China top; each list shows its source on the page): our server periodically fetches public rankings, deals and cover images from Steam (steampowered.com, steamstatic.com) and the Epic Games Store (epicgames.com), plus a list we curate ourselves. Requests include the content region you chose (mainland China, overseas Chinese or international); to show local prices, our server looks up your country from the connection's IP address for that request only and does not store it. Nothing from your request is passed on to these services.
As with any website, our server can see your IP address (it is not stored); third-party services only see our server's address. The app never sends your play history, play time, installed games or account information to us or to third parties.
Websites you open. Web search, guides and store pages open in your default browser or the Steam client; those sites' privacy policies apply.
LAN sync copies files only between your PC and a shared folder you configure (such as a home NAS). It does not use the internet or our servers.
Children. The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Parental-control data stays on your PC.
Changes and contact. Updates to this policy are published with new versions and at haoyong.app. Contact us through haoyong.app.

Rocky 游戏菜单（以下简称“本程序”）是一款在本机运行的游戏与软件启动器。我们不收集姓名、账号、设备信息等任何个人信息，也不出售任何数据。
本机保存的数据
本程序在您的电脑上保存以下数据，仅供本程序自身使用，不会发送给我们或任何第三方：
- 游戏和软件列表、分类、图标缓存
- 启动次数、最近游玩时间、游戏时长统计
- 设置（主题、窗口位置、家长控制设置等；家长密码只保存加盐后的哈希值）
商店版的数据位于 %LocalAppData%\GameLauncher，绿色版位于程序所在文件夹。卸载程序或删除该文件夹即可清除全部数据。
使用统计
只要至少开着一项联网服务，本程序每天第一次启动时会向我们的服务器 api.haoyong.app 报到一次；开着“节日问候、公告和新版本提示”时，每次启动还会请求一次配置。这些请求以及其他发往 api.haoyong.app 的请求会附带：
- 匿名安装编号：本程序第一次运行时随机生成的一串字符，与您的设备、账号、硬件均无关联，无法用来识别您本人
- 本程序的版本号，以及是商店版还是绿色版
我们只用这些信息统计“每天有多少台电脑在使用本程序”以及各版本的占比。服务器只保存日期、匿名安装编号、版本号和版本类型，不保存 IP 地址，统计记录 90 天后自动删除。删除程序数据后会生成新的编号，旧编号无法再与您关联。
关闭全部联网服务
在“选项 → 地区与在线”中关闭“启用互联网服务”（或把天气、热门、通知三项都关掉）后，本程序不再连接任何网络服务：不再请求配置、天气、热门榜，也不再每天报到，系统页的网络延迟测试也会停止。关闭的那一刻，本程序会最后发送一次与上面相同的匿名信息（匿名安装编号、版本号、版本类型），用于统计有多少台电脑关闭了联网服务；同样不保存 IP 地址，90 天后自动删除。
联网功能
以下功能可在“选项 → 地区与在线”中分别关闭。本程序只连接 api.haoyong.app，由我们的服务器向下列第三方取数据并统一缓存；本程序不会直接连接这些第三方服务：

与任何网站通信一样，我们的服务器会看到您的 IP 地址（不保存）；第三方服务只会看到我们服务器的地址。本程序不会把您的游戏记录、游戏时长、已安装的游戏列表或任何账号信息发送给我们或第三方。
本程序打开的其他网站
当您在右键菜单中选择“在线搜索”“攻略与工具”“Steam 商店页面”等功能时，本程序会用您的默认浏览器或 Steam 客户端打开对应网页。之后的数据处理适用该网站的隐私政策。
局域网同步
“服务器同步”功能只在您自己设置的共享目录（例如家中的 NAS）与本机之间复制文件，不经过互联网，也不经过我们。
儿童
本程序不收集任何人的个人信息，包括儿童。家长控制功能的全部数据仅保存在本机。
变更与联系
本政策如有变更，将随新版本一同发布，并更新于 haoyong.app。如有疑问，请通过 haoyong.app 与我们联系。

Rocky 遊戲選單（以下簡稱“本程式”）是一款在本機運行的遊戲與軟件啟動器。我們不收集姓名、賬號、設備信息等任何個人信息，也不出售任何資料。
本機保存的資料
本程式在您的電腦上保存以下資料，僅供本程式自身使用，不會發送給我們或任何第三方：
- 遊戲和軟件列表、分類、圖示緩存
- 啟動次數、最近游玩時間、遊戲時長統計
